Nukkad · For media owners

We bring the buyers. Your calendar stays yours.

You are not being sold software. You sign a commission agreement and get a thin partner app: your boards, your availability blocked both ways, accept or decline each request, upload the proof, see what is owed. Your own clients stay entirely your own.

What we hear

The three objections, answered before you raise them

Owners in this industry are broadly open to automation. What they object to is cost, disruption and losing control of their own business — so those are the three things this arrangement is designed around.

Cost

There is nothing to buy. You are paid on bookings that came through us, and your own clients cost you nothing.

Disruption

A handful of screens, not a system to migrate to. Your existing way of working carries on beside it.

Control

Nothing is listed without you publishing it, and a date you block is blocked. Private by default.

How it works

From your estate to your payout

  1. 01

    Bring your estate in

Bulk import from the spreadsheet you already keep — sites, faces, sizes, rates and photographs, in one pass.

  2. 02

    Publish what you want sold

You choose what is visible. Anything you do not publish is simply not there, and nothing lists itself.

  3. 03

    Accept or decline each request

A request arrives with the dates, the format and the rate. You take it or you do not — with a reason, not silence.

  4. 04

    Upload the proof

The mounting photograph goes up against the booking, and it is what closes the job on our side too.

  5. 05

    See what is owed

Every booking shows what is due and when. You do not have to phone anyone to find out where the money is.

The partner app

Small on purpose

Everything below is in it. Anything not below is not — and we would rather tell you that now than after you have signed.

Your boards

Sites and faces with sizes, photographs, lighting and location — imported in bulk, edited when they change.

Availability, blocked both ways

Block a date and we see it blocked. We book a date and you see it booked. One calendar, no second version.

Requests

Incoming bookings with dates, rate and duration — accept, or decline with a reason that is recorded.

Proof upload

Mounting photographs against the booking they belong to, so the campaign closes on evidence.

Earnings and payouts

What has been earned, what has been paid, and what is still due — visible without asking.

Your declared clients

Name the clients who are already yours. Business from them carries no commission, ever.

The boundary

What we hold, and what we never touch

The fastest way to lose a media owner's trust is to be vague about this, so it is written down instead.

The inventory you chose to publish, and the bookings that came through us. Your other clients, your other rates and your other campaigns are not in our system at all.

Declare them, and any business you do with them is outside the commission. We are not looking for a share of the business you already had.

Nothing of yours appears anywhere until you publish it. Un-publish it and it is gone from the buying side.

We are not selling you accounting, dunning, a print module or a screen CMS. If you want those, we will say so honestly rather than pretend the partner app is them.

Permits kept where you can see them

Permit, licence and structural dates sit on the site record, with a warning before they lapse rather than after.

Proof that works in your favour

A checked photograph against the booking is what ends the argument about whether the campaign ran.

No double-booking

One availability ledger, enforced by the system — not three spreadsheet versions on three desks.
